Shipping Fees

Our 5$ shipping is for orders that are 6 scrunchies or less as we can soft side package them via general delivery (no tracking number). Once you add a claw clip (because it requires being shipped in a box for safe transport) or go over the 6 scrunchies, it changes the parameters set out by Canada Post for shipping and we have to send them in a measured box which changes their rates.

Our website has integrated shipping with Canada post, so you so get 10% off what normal shipping rates would be, and your package will then come with a tracking number. 

Please note: We make zero dollars on shipping as you are charged exactly what Canada Post charges us via this integrated shipping feature

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times provided are estimations only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days, unless other information is provided. Once in the hands of the shipping company, arrival times are out of our control and are in the hands of that company. 

We commit to doing everything we can to process and release orders in a timely manor but cannot be held responsible for circumstances that remain out of our control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, Courier / Postal delays, Pandemics, incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, Holidays, Acts of God, and Customs. 

 

Canadian Shipping

Orders shipping within Canada are handle by Canada Post. Arrival times typically range between:

• 'Tracked Parcel' shipping options: four to eight (4-8) business days

• 'Standard' non-tracked shipping within Canada: five to twelve (5-12) business days

NOTE: 'Standard' shipping options selected within Canada do not come with tracking in order to provide our customers a less expensive shipping option.  

 

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your hair accessories arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us! We will make sure we handle your order and re-deliver.

 

Taxes

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.
