Our 5$ shipping is for orders that are 6 scrunchies or less as we can soft side package them via general delivery (no tracking number). Once you add a claw clip (because it requires being shipped in a box for safe transport) or go over the 6 scrunchies, it changes the parameters set out by Canada Post for shipping and we have to send them in a measured box which changes their rates.

Our website has integrated shipping with Canada post, so you so get 10% off what normal shipping rates would be, and your package will then come with a tracking number.

Yes - you can expect shipping delays. We use Canada Post to ship your orders, unfortunately, due to COVID-19, there are delays that are out of our control. We do not offer tracking details at this time either. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping is just an additional $5 added to your order. This is for regular mail postage via Canada Post, and can take anywhere from 3-10 business days (not including our processing time).  Please note: this does not come with a tracking number

If you are anything like us, we spend upwards of $150-$200 every couple weeks to have our hair touched up or toned. When we put a small hair elastic with no fabric protection around it, this can lead to breakage! It is literally cutting off nutrients and also not allowing that expensive shampoo and conditioner to do what it’s intended to. We invest so much in our luscious locks; it seems like a tragedy to damage it when we have the perfect solution at hand…or wrist! 

We offer three sizes:
Original - Best for those with long and thick hair.
Petite - Ideal for those with thin or fine hair that is medium to long in length. 
Mini - Perfect for those with thin or fine hair that is on the shorter side.

We offer so many different fabrics, it would be difficult to suggest just one method. We highly recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth or for tougher stains, a tide to go pen. If you have been out in the mud and she needs a real bath, a speck of detergent in the sink and hand wash. Make sure all the soap is out and lay flat to dry.
